Meet Dr. Anthony Lauro, DC

For over 35 years, I’ve helped thousands of patients regain control of their health. As a chiropractor, researcher, and wellness coach, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering men to live stronger, healthier lives through evidence-based, practical strategies.

From Athlete
to health struggles
to transformation

I grew up in a chiropractic family where my father practiced for over 60 years, shaping my deep respect for natural healing and holistic health. From an early age, I was immersed in a philosophy that prioritized movement, nutrition, and proactive care over quick fixes.

As a college athlete, I was in peak physical condition, playing football and competing in rugby at a strong 180 pounds. Health and fitness were second nature to me.

But then life happened. Like many men, my focus shifted to building a career, raising a family, and handling responsibilities. The disciplined routine of my younger years faded, replaced by stress, long hours, and unhealthy habits. By my mid-40s, I had reached a tipping point: I weighed 221 pounds, felt chronically exhausted, and had lost control of my health.

Then everything changed. I saw Jack LaLanne workout in person at 92 years old, still strong, still thriving. That moment shattered the notion that aging meant decline. I realized that if I didn’t take action, I was headed down a path of low energy, preventable disease, and dependency. I refused to let that happen.

I committed to small, sustainable changes and over time, I lost 40 pounds, rebuilt my strength, and completely transformed my approach to health. Today, my mission is to help other men do the same.

The Science Behind My Approach

I’ve spent my career researching and implementing the best strategies for long-term health. My work has been published in The Journal of Chiropractic Research and Clinical Investigation, and I’ve spoken to thousands of chiropractors about the role of movement, nutrition, and mindset in preventing chronic illness and improving performance.
